Vision Hybrid Learning Center: Homeschool

Vision Hybrid Learning Center is a Christ-centered homeschool umbrella program designed to support families on their home education journey. We provide oversight, accountability, mentorship, and resources to help families establish, implement, and maintain a strong, effective homeschool program through best practices in education.

We act as the official academic representative for each member’s homeschool, maintaining all academic records and offering guidance as needed. While parents retain full legal and academic responsibility for their child’s education, we are here to support, mentor, and walk with you every step of the way.

Our Program Offers Two Options for Homeschool Support:

1. Homeschool Oversight Membership

This membership provides the foundational tools and accountability structure to support your homeschool journey.

New Family Membership

Perfect for families just getting started.
Includes:

• One-on-one consultation to help you launch your homeschool

• Help with state requirements and legal forms

• Planning resources: setting up your homeschool space, choosing curriculum, and creating lesson plans

• Assistance with grading and record-keeping

• Full access to the benefits of our oversight membership

Returning Family Membership

For families already homeschooling and seeking continued support.
Includes:

• Ongoing administrative oversight and guidance

• Regular progress updates and evaluations

• Bi-weekly communication and parent check-ins

• Family field trips and enrichment activities

• School photos and academic celebrations

• Annual records, transcripts, and transfer documentation

• End-of-year assessments and portfolio reviews

2. Homeschool Classes

We offer individual and group classes for grades K–5 through Acellus online learning, designed to enrich your home education program.

• Core subjects (math, reading, writing, science, social studies)

• Creative enrichment (art, music, Bible, STEM)

• Group learning experiences that foster teamwork and confidence

• Hands-on learning with individual and small class sizes

• Pre-Enrollment Conference:
  An opportunity to learn more about our program and share your family’s vision for homeschooling.

• Central Record Keeping:
  We maintain all required documentation, including:

  • Curriculum records

  • Standardized test scores

  • Verification of instruction for the state or the option of school re-entry

• Personal Consultation:
  We help you design a learning path that reflects your child's unique strengths, interests, and learning needs.

• Portfolio Reviews:
  Supervisory staff provide mid-year and end-of-year evaluations to ensure you’re meeting educational goals and state requirements—while encouraging you every step of the way.
